Weihnachts-Rückgabe

Wir freuen uns, Ihnen verlängerte Rückgabefristen anbieten zu können. Wir möchten, dass Sie Ihre Weihnachtsgeschenke unbesorgt kaufen können, denn falls Ihnen ein Geschenk nicht zusagt, können Sie es problemlos zurückgeben.

Es gelten die üblichen 30 Tage Rückgaberecht. Für Artikel, die nach dem 10. November bestellt und nach Ablauf dieser Frist als Weihnachtsgeschenk zurückgesendet werden, gilt bis Montag, den 19. Januar 2026 (Geschäftsschluss), die Möglichkeit zum Umtausch oder zur Gutschrift in Form eines Geschenkgutscheins.

Rückerstattungen erfolgen innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach dem Kauf gemäß unserer Rückgaberichtlinie. Die Rückerstattung erfolgt über die ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode. Bei Käufen mit Geschenkgutscheinen wird eine Gutschrift in Form eines Geschenkgutscheins ausgestellt.

Duties and Taxes

All prices include duties and taxes. All orders are shipped with duties and taxes included.

For all orders, we calculate duties and taxes within the product price and pay them on your behalf when your order arrives in the EU.

Orders under €150: For orders with a total value under €150, we can refund you the item cost including taxes if you return it.

Orders over €150: For orders with a total value over €150, we have paid duties and taxes to customs and cannot reclaim them.

In this case, if you return an item for a refund, you will be refunded the price you paid for the product, minus duties and taxes.

If you wish to reclaim duties and taxes, you should be able to do so directly with your country’s government, but we cannot do this on your behalf.

Legally, for orders over €150 that fall outside the scope of IOSS and according to Section 3, Paragraph 8 of the German VAT Act (UStG), the carrier (DPD, DHL, etc.) represents YOU (the customer) to facilitate the import of your order for customs purposes. The carrier pays import duties and VAT (sales tax) on your behalf, which are already included in your order’s sale price.

Shipping Information

CoastWaterSports offers a combination of postal and courier delivery (DHL, DPD, and UPS) to international customers, allowing orders to be fully tracked. The price of this service depends on the delivery country or region.

You can select your delivery speed at checkout. Simply check the product’s delivery time to see how quickly it can be shipped and choose the shipping time that suits you best.

A signature is required for all orders. Someone must be present at your delivery address to receive your parcel on the delivery day.

Free Shipping: is available when certain thresholds are reached and will be shown in your shopping cart when available.

Loss, Shortages & Damaged Items: Orders not received within the specified delivery period must be reported in writing within 14 days of dispatch. Orders reported after this time cannot be refunded. Missing or damaged items on arrival must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this time cannot be processed.

Returns & Refunds

CoastWaterSports offers returns for most items within 30 days of receiving delivery. We want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with us. However, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return items.

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, clean, odour-free, undamaged, and in a resalable condition (including original packaging). Please DO NOT write directly on, apply stickers, or stamps to the original packaging, as this will affect our ability to resell the item and may result in refusal of a refund if one is requested.

To return items under 120 cm in size and up to a maximum weight of 5 kg, you can use our returns service below.

If you wish to return an item exceeding these dimensions, you must return it at your own cost by your preferred method directly to our UK warehouse. Please contact us for the address.

Refunds: All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take up to 14 days after receipt at our warehouse and inspection by one of our specialists. The refund will appear in your bank account, credit card statement, or PayPal account within a maximum of 7 working days after it has been processed.
