Delivery Information
We ship across Europe using trusted courier services including Royal Mail, EMS, DHL, DPD and UPS. All deliveries are fully tracked and require a signature on arrival.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout. You can choose your preferred delivery speed before placing your order.
Free shipping may be available for selected destinations and will be automatically applied at checkout where applicable.
Loss, shortages & damaged items:
Please notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date if your order has not arrived or if there is a problem with delivery. Delays reported after this period may limit our ability to investigate with the carrier.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Failed Deliveries & Uncollected Parcels
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may redirect your parcel to a local collection point, parcel shop, depot, safe place or alternative delivery location.
Tracking information is provided when your order is dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and taking any action required by the carrier, including arranging redelivery or collecting parcels from a designated collection point.
Where a parcel is made available for collection but is not collected within the carrier's stated collection period, the parcel may be returned to Coast Water Sports.
If a parcel is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, was refused, or was not collected, any refund due will be processed once the goods have been received back and inspected.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable where delivery has been attempted or the parcel has been made available for collection.
Where carriers apply return-to-sender charges, Coast Water Sports reserves the right to deduct these charges from any refund where permitted by law.
If you believe there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Duties & Taxes
All prices include duties and taxes. There are no additional charges to pay on delivery.
We calculate and pay all import duties and VAT on your behalf when your order enters the EU.
This means your order will be delivered without any unexpected customs charges.
Orders under €150:
If you return an item, the full amount including taxes can be refunded.
Orders over €150:
Duties and import taxes cannot be reclaimed after import. If you return an item, you will be refunded the product price minus these costs.
Returns
Return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Or return your item using your own courier if preferred.
Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless stated otherwise.
You remain responsible for the item until it has been received by us, so we recommend using a tracked service.

Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in resaleable condition
- Original packaging must not be damaged or written on
- Items must be clean and free from odours
Warranty Returns
UK Orders:
For items delivered within the United Kingdom, warranty returns and re-delivery are handled free of charge where the claim is valid.
EU & International Orders:
If your order was delivered outside the United Kingdom and you need to make a warranty claim, the item must be returned to us in the UK for inspection and processing.
The cost of returning the item to the UK is the responsibility of the customer. Once the warranty claim has been assessed and approved, the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to you is also the responsibility of the customer.
You are responsible for any customs charges, duties, or taxes incurred when returning items to us. We recommend clearly marking your parcel as “Warranty Return” to help avoid unnecessary charges.
You remain responsible for the item until it has been received by us, so we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.
Refunds
Returns are processed within up to 10 working days after being received and inspected at our warehouse.
Once processed, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow a further 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your refund is visible in your account or order lookup, it has already been processed.
Possible Deductions
- Late returns (outside 30 days): up to 20% deduction (e-voucher refund)
- Used or damaged items: up to 50% deduction (e-voucher refund)
We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order if you require a different item.
